| | Ran with the Ogden Fella's today. We ran 3 miles easy. Then 6 miles hard around 5:40-5:45 pace as it was windy and we did not know where we were going so lts of stop and go and it was hard to get back in a solid pace. 4 and half miles easy cool down as weather got worse and super windy.

| | Today was an easy 8 miles on my mountain road run which is down on the way out and up on the way back. Cold today but I was able to run and feel good. The key for my Wednesday and Friday runs is to make sure I am recovering from the previous days speed workouts.

| | Had a good solid 16 mile run today. It was 14 degrees outside so cold and slow but thats ok, as I am focusing on getting my mileage up and my legs more comfortable with longer runs.

Felt good today, fell out of it mentally around 3 and 4 but then got back into it and found a second wind then finished strong!!! 5:55 was the bridge over the freeway and it was covered in a few inches of snow, slipping everywhere trying to get traction.

| | Ran easy 18 miles with Bryant felt good. We started out around 7 to 7:15 and pretty much kept that pace the entire run. I usually do my easy run's 7:30 to 8 min pace so faster than I am use to and got really tired around 15. I was proud of myself to keep going even though I was checked out mentally.

8 Mile Tempo Run
5:28, 5:26, 5:30, 5:36, 5:38, 5:54, 5:39, 5:33
Average was 5:36
I was feeling great through 3 and half. Bryant had to stop and go the bathroom I should have waited for him. I did not so I kept running and I struggled running alone the rest of the tempo run.
I feel that I am in better shape than I ran today. I feel that I should have averaged around 5:30 or so for today. Next week I will redeem myself no doubt!!!!

Felt great today!!!
I was going to start out around 5:10 and work my way down but felt great the entire time so I decided to see how much I could hold on to a fast pace. Started out the treadmill at 4:30 pace moved it down around 4:45 pace and tried to stay there as long as possible. I am getting into good race shape faster than I thought. This work out boosted my confidence a lot in my running potential and how I know I will PR huge this next year.
