I am married to my amazing wife and have an 8 month old daughter who will soon be walking!!!

Family is huge to me and their support is key in progressing in my running career.

I run for Skechers Elite Performance Team and I am doing all that I can to make them proud!!!

Warm Up of 3 miles

2 mile repeats - The second mile was into the wind thats why it was much slower

First mile 4:55, second mile 5:15

First Mile 5:00, second mile 5:20

One mile as hard as could went 4:55

Felt great during this workout.

First 5 mile averaged about 6:15

Last 5 miles averaged about 630

Felt great. My easy runs are usually on hills and this was flat in Mendon.

Running today felt like 7- 7:30 pace felt super easy

13.5 Miles Total- Felt pretty good it was hard to run alone the whole time and stay focused

3 Mile Warm Up

5 miles about 6:00 min pace

3 and half miles at 5:40 pace, mile and half about 6:00 pace

7 miles easy about 7- 7:30 pace

I felt super tired. I dont know if it was from the Aerobic Builder Thursday or what.

Legs just felt heavy.

20 miles Total

This was my first long run in a really long time that included speed.
